Aufnahmekriterien

When an association (hereinafter referred to as the applicant) applies for membership of the EROP, the following modalities must be fulfilled:

    • The applicant submits an official application for membership to the EROP Board.
    • The applicant receives a detailed questionnaire from the EROP regarding all admission criteria.
    • Within 3 months of application, the applicant must have submitted all documents in full.
    • The EROP Board reviews the application documents and obtains any necessary additional information. In unclear cases, the EROP Board may also consult an external expert.
    • If all documents are complete, the EROP Board decides on the final acceptance of the applicant.

Questionnaire for the applicant:

The applicant answers all questions asked and submits the relevant documents, e.g. statutes, training guidelines, etc. in writing.

Information on the applicant company:

    • Name and registered office of the medical association or the medical association submitting the application

    • Articles of association of the applicant (incl. an English translation)
    • Names, addresses, telephone, e-mail addresses of the board members
    • Website of the applicant

    • Secretariat, address of the connection
    • Number of members of the applicant

    • In which other associations/organisations is the applicant a member?
